Last week I received 7 watches, today I received 8 (I know there's only 14 on the picture, 1 is already gone to another owner XD)... Due to wrong labeling some are still stock at customs, and some aren't shipped yet XD So there's still a lot more to come...

This was my first attempt at dealing with USofA companies and no no product for my money, and heres me thinking Yanks are trustworthy. NEVER AGAIN. I'd be better buying a cheap Chinese phone.

I also read about some chargers not having the pins tight enough. 3 things you can do:
-Take the charger apart and pull up the pins a bit (so they're higher)
-Clamp the charger closed with something like a tool.
-Put something between the top of the omate and the charger (so it pushed harder on the omate) like cardboard or a few layers of paper.
If none of those work, you'll have to wait for Omate to send you a new one.
I know what you're going trough, my lock button fell of and I've been waiting over a month now. (All they have to do is send me a simple plastic button, but they won't yet)
