Help shipping info, info blackout.

Hi, so I have been following the forums passively and of course like everyone else been waiting for the smartwatch for about 6 months or so now. I would like to know if anyone would have an idea of ship dates. I have not receive any response from omate since December even though I have sent multiple emails, at the time I was told there were a few small issues and would be shipping soon. So is there an email I can ask for order status or any type of shipping update? I'm at the point of filing a claim with my card company for a refund whether omate wants to refund it or not. Then just buying it once it is out for less. It is ridiculous not to provide any type of communication to someone who just purchased a $300 purchase. Should I just get a forced refund or is there any info about shipping or another way to contact omate? I was using omatetruesmart@gmail.com to contact them up until December where they responded after a few days. Now nothing.... Ideas? Suggestions?

Which vrsion are you awaiting? a 2100MHz or a 1900MHz?

Well even for the 512MB - 4GB shipment they did not send out tracking numbers unless direct email request by backers.
Typical Omate, nothing gets improved all same slow...

Since my 512MB - 4GB delivery it looks like Omate is becoming even slower with updates, manufacturing and support.

They must have sent tracking info for the latest shipment of 500. I have spoken with a few that received shipping emails. Unfortunately I'm not one of those lucky few. We have no idea the exact number of Canada/USA backers, so there is no way of knowing how many there are of us left. There response via email to all USA/Canadian backers has been we will ship after cny. Most thought that meant the will all ship this week. But shipping after the cny could mean ship in June.
