I'm a US backer (in New York), just received my tracking info. Pledged the 1/4 1900mHz Standard Ed., so I assume I'm getting the 1/8 now. Will post when received...

Omate does not send tracking info, they stated that in an update a couple days ago, it's also quoted by me on the forums somewhere over here...
Current devices:
Asus Padfone (32GB), Android 4.1.1, Own custom ROM (T-Mobile NL)
Simvalley Smartwatch (512MB/4GB), Android 4.2.2, Stock ROM (Vodafone NL)
Expecting:
Omate TrueSmart (1GB/8GB Oct. Dev.), Android 4.2.2, Stock ROM
