I figure I might as well post something to get things going.

The AI Watch is a 'Soon to be released' as in 'still in development' SmartWatch designed by a French company based on a MediaTek Stack. Feedback from AI watch is that it is getting quite close to the final design and final prototype samples.

Don't order one if you are in a big rush. But my best guess, Early-Mid Q2 2014 is a realistic possibility.

Main features that make it interesting:
Android KitKat 4.4
Quad-Core
Actually looks good :)

Just had feedback from AI Watch. If there are no surprises, they are estimating End March/Early April for initial shipments.

Owner is in China at the moment, so hopefully start getting some real videos soon.

Have you heard any more regards the A1 watch regarding distribution, I'm getting very impatient waiting for the TS? Also I note the A1 has higher specs.

Hi Guys,

Last update I read from AI Watch was they were looking at End March/Early April if there are no issues.

Personally, I think that is optimistic. I'm thinking more like May/June at the moment. But would love for them to be correct.

For companion support, it is expected to be there and some work has been done on it. But we will need to wait till they show more to get a better idea of what it will do. One point I would make, is had been clearly indicated that support at least to start with is expected to be for Android devices, not iOS devices.
